Tell me more about your White Glove service? Our platinum level white glove service is the finest in the industry. It generally takes an hour to prepare your pool table in our warehouse and approximately 3 hours to fully install when we arrive at your home. We typically charge $350.00 for this service within a 30 mile radius of any of the 3 Loree Jon Pool Tables Plus showrooms.
We deliver and carry all components into your home. Next, we build the pool table (without slate) and position it in the room based on best overall play and your personal preference. We then level and square the pool table (without slate). The table is now ready to have all three sections of slate positioned and secured to the body. We then balance, level and seam the three pieces of slate into a perfectly level play field. The table is checked for level and adjusted as necessary. It requires many months of training to acquire the skills necessary to properly balance and level pool table slates. The thickness of a dollar bill is all that is necessary to throw off the level.
Next, we upholster the rails and professionally stretch and staple the billiard fabric to the slate frame. It is critical that the billiard fabric be properly fitted to the rails and the slate surface. Professional upholstery requires a great deal of experience to achieve the look and play that we and our customers both demand. We then bolt the rails onto the table and secure the leather pockets to the slate frame.
Finally, we glue the spots onto the table and test the table for perfect play.
We remove all cardboard, clean up any mess that was made and answer any questions you may ask. When we leave your home, you can immediately enjoy your new pool table with family and friends. We make it look easy because we have been servicing pool tables for generations. A perfect art form that is rarely acquired by others.

Our white glove delivery and installation teams consist of two technicians, a truck and lots of specialty tools. Based in Green Brook NJ, they travel great distances to install our pool tables.
Each situation is unique and we must consider mileage, drive time, overnight stays, tolls, parking, and even parking tickets in Manhattan.
A pool table typically takes 3 hours to install in your home. An added charge of $100 to $500 is not uncommon for more challenging installation locations especially if they involve overnight stays.
Why don’t you tell us the name of the manufacturers who build your pool tables? Obviously, we prefer to keep our resources and manufacturer agreements confidential in order to offer exclusive values.
In addition, the manufacturers of our better and best quality pool tables represent the largest and best pool table manufacturers in the USA and they want to protect their brand. They do not want the private label tables they make for us to interfere with their regular line of pool tables. We simply made an agreement not to reveal their name.

Unlike their brand name cousins, our private label tables are made in limited sizes, finishes and pocket options. By removing the brand name and offering only the most popular sizes and finishes, we can literally save you up to one thousand dollars or more off the comparable brand name pool table.
How long can I expect to wait before I can get a table installed in my home? We try to keep most models in stock. If you order a table that is in stock we can typically have it installed in your home within 2 weeks.
If the table is not in stock, you may have to wait 3 - 5 weeks depending when our next truckload is scheduled to ship.
Please let us know if you have a party and we will do everything possible to have your pool table installed in time for the party. We rarely, if ever, miss a good party!
Can you send me some cloth samples? Absolutely. After you make your table purchase, let us know what color swatches you would like to receive. We will be happy to mail them right away.
We have access to many more fabric colors than we show on this website. Just let us know what colors you are considering and we will send the samples to you after you make a pool table purchase.
Can I purchase professional tournament grade billiard fabric from you? Yes. We can supply you with Simonis or Hainsworth worsted billiard fabric. Both brands are considered to by the very finest among professional players.
We definitely prefer the Hainsworth brand for many reasons. They have been making high quality fabrics in England for over 100 years and their worsted billiard fabric is completely stain resistant, color fast and has a very tight weave that allows the balls to roll true on the slate and accurately rebound off the upholstered cushions. In addition, the Hainsworth brand has perfected the manufacture of their fabric so that it tightens after installation. This process greatly reduces the relaxing or slacking that occurs with other worsted fabrics a few months after installation. Professionals like to play on it, technicians like the tight stretch, and customers love the way it looks and cleans up.
