STANDARD LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

BuyBilliardsDirect.com warrants their Good Quality Pool Tables against defects in materials or workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear). BuyBilliardsDirect.com at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective. Excluded are any products sold or used for commercial purposes. This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the Pool Table (Owner) from BuyBilliardsDirect.com. This Lifetime Warranty is subject to the limitations as set forth below.

	Cloth and pockets are not covered by this Warranty.
	This Warranty is void if the pool table is not installed by Loree Jon’s Pool Tables Plus service technicians.
	This Warranty is void if the manufacturer of the pool table goes out of business.
	Any claim under this Lifetime Warranty must be made through BuyBilliardsDirect.com.
	All parts determined by BuyBilliardsDirect.com at their sole discretion, to be defective, will be repaired or replaced for the life of the table. The labor cost for removing and replacing the defective component and shipping costs will be paid for by BuyBilliardsDirect.com for up to 90 days from the original installation date. After the first 90 days, the cost for labor will be paid by the Owner.
	BuyBilliardsDirect.com warrants their Good Quality Pool Tables to play level. Our service technicians guarantee that your table plays level before leaving your home.
	Repairs or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. This Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire pool table.
	This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, alteration, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural calamity.

To request warranty service under the terms of this Warranty, the Owner must email a picture and description of the problem to service@ BuyBilliardsDirect.com. The Owner will be notified within a few days of receiving the email with an appropriate course of action. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

BuyBilliardsDirect.com at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective. Excluded are any products sold or used for commercial purposes. This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the Pool Table (Owner) from BuyBilliardsDirect.com. This Lifetime Warranty is subject to the limitations as set forth below.

	BuyBilliardsDirect.com warrants their Better and Best Quality Pool Tables to play level for 1 full year. Our service technicians will return to your home to rebalance and level as necessary for up to 1 year from original order date.
